Is Säpp sweet?
No, Säpp has 3x less sugar than coconut water (not to throw shade).
How do you collect Säpp?
We harvest Säpp once a year in Spring, and our process is totally sustainable. Check out our sourcing video to see super exclusive insider footage of what's in our bottles.
Is Säpp organic?
It's 2018. Yes, everything that goes into our bottles is 100% organic.
Where are the birch trees that you harvest from located?
Vermont, baby. We're proud to say that we're the first birch water company in the U.S. to harvest our sap on local soil.
Does Säpp go bad if not refrigerated?
Yep. Since we're not into shenanigans in our body, we're not into preservatives in our Säpp. So keep it chilled and drink it within 24 hrs of opening.
What is this Chaga you keep mentioning and where is it from?
Chaga is a super powerful adaptogen that grows on birch trees (yes, we're into local harvesting). Chaga is known to be immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory.
When is the best time to drink Säpp?
Drink Säpp post-workout, mid-hike, after the party, during the party, before you start your day, and when you're plain thirsty and looking for a delicious, nutrient-rich beverage.
Is harvesting Säpp good for trees and good for forests?
So glad you asked. Harvesting Säpp actually keeps trees alive by giving them a job when deforestation is trying to take them out. We also plant trees as often as possible because we want to keep this thing called life going for as long as we can.
